RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

 

Studio SLV by Sarah LaVerne is committed to sustainability and reducing waste. As all of our products are made-to-order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time. Therefore, all orders placed on the Studio SLV site are final.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photographs (if applicable) to help us understand how to best help you.

To be eligible for an exception to our All Sales Are Final policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, no markings, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that if your item does not pass our checks, you will be notified via email and no return or refund will take place.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item in question, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that all shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
